- Creating a patrol database on our licensed software, obtaining payroll documentation from Company’s employees, introducing master data into the payroll system
- Calculating the gross to net remuneration, personal income tax amounts and mandatory social security contributions (taking into account e.g. employee bonuses, overtime, holidays and sick leave pay)
- Preparing monthly declaration and relevant payment instructions
- Handling joiners and leavers administration
- Maintaining, updating and keeping confidential the database containing information of the employees
- Maintenance of personal files for each employee
- Preparation of employment contracts, orders based on a model provided by the Client
- Preparation of the notices and employment certificates
- Monitoring of the employees’ holiday balance
- Preparation of statutory statistical reports and declarations for Statistical office
- Storing the Client’s personnel files in a way assuring full confidentiality
- Preparation of monthly HR reports
