• Creating a patrol database on our licensed software, obtaining payroll documentation from Company’s employees, introducing master data into the payroll system
  • Calculating the gross to net remuneration, personal income tax amounts and mandatory social security contributions (taking into account e.g. employee bonuses, overtime, holidays and sick leave pay)
  • Preparing monthly declaration and relevant payment instructions
  • Handling joiners and leavers administration
  • Maintaining, updating and keeping confidential the database containing information of the  employees
